About The Position
Momper Insulation is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join their Fort Wayne team. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth office operations and supporting various departments, including accounting, HR, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a minimum of two years of accounting experience. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
Nice To Haves
- Office management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process customer invoices with accuracy.
- Generate work tickets, proposals, and related documentation.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide professional support.
- Assist with daily accounting functions and recordkeeping.
- Support payroll processing, prevailing wage compliance, and attendance tracking.
- Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks.
- Perform general office upkeep, including filing, copying, and preparing mailings.
- Other duties as assigned.
