Aramark Nexus is hiring an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support a new, large-scale food service and hospitality operation near Hereford, Texas, within driving distance of both Hereford and Amarillo. This full-time management opportunity is a strong fit for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor, Food Service Manager, Dining Manager, Restaurant Manager, Cafeteria Manager, Hospitality Manager, or Assistant Food Service Manager who is ready to take on broader leadership responsibility in a high-volume operation. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will help lead daily dining and food service operations, including front-of-house service, residential dining, meal periods, team supervision, food safety, customer service, labor, inventory, and overall operational execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with food and beverage leadership to make sure the operation runs safely, efficiently, and consistently. The successful candidate will be comfortable leading hourly employees, coaching teams, solving operational issues, managing busy meal periods, and maintaining a strong service culture. Experience in restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, resorts, campus dining, healthcare food service, corporate dining, senior living, residential dining, or other high-volume hospitality environments can translate well to this opportunity. This position will support a new project located near Hereford, Texas, within driving distance of both Hereford and Amarillo. Additional details regarding the specific work location will be shared with candidates as they move through the hiring process. As the project develops, free on-site room and board is planned to become available for eligible employees. This will include housing and meals provided at no cost, creating an option for employees who prefer to live closer to the worksite rather than commute each day.
