About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate degree in a scientific discipline and 4 or more years of postgraduate laboratory experience, or a B.S. degree and 2 or more years of postgraduate laboratory experience.
• Successful history of designing assays and interpreting experimental data.
• Demonstrated proficiency with digital tools and technology, including Microsoft applications and mobile platforms, and ability to adapt to and use emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, automation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench experiments using molecular and cellular biology techniques, including mammalian cell culture, transfections, molecular cloning, CRISPR, immunoblotting, and flow cytometry, to develop luminescence-based protein-protein interaction, target engagement, and targeted protein degradation assays.
• Independently design and execute project plans while maintaining timelines.
• Serve as a technical resource across multiple areas of specialization.
• Use artificial intelligence and advanced digital tools to accelerate experimental design, optimize assay development strategies, enhance data analysis, and improve scientific efficiency and decision-making.
• Prepare detailed technical project reports.
• Work on several different types of projects simultaneously.
• Communicate project status and results in client meetings.
• Collaborate with program managers, sales, and other business leaders on project execution.
• Demonstrate inclusion through words and actions and contribute to a safe workspace; act with kindness, curiosity, and respect for others.
