Requirements

• Strong MS Office experience (Excel and Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
• Ability to maintain outgoing, friendly attitude with patients and coworkers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Prior front office experience in the medical/dental industry preferred
• Previous experience with dental software (Eagle Soft, Dentrix, QSI, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Practice Development and Training & Development departments, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication support.
• Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing updates, and maintaining organized documentation.
• Generate and maintain reports using Excel and create professional documents in Word for department use.
• Support virtual and in-person meetings through Teams and Outlook, including calendar management, meeting logistics, and follow-up communication.
• Maintain a professional presence when interacting with leadership teams, ensuring clear and respectful communication.
• Help organize training sessions, workshops, and departmental initiatives by managing materials and tracking attendance as needed.
• Perform general office and administrative duties to ensure smooth department operations.
