About The Position
Edmond Hyundai is a customer-focused automotive dealership known for delivering top-quality vehicles and outstanding service. We are seeking a detail-oriented Service & Warranty Adminstrator to join our service team. This role is essential in ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in an automotive service environment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and dealership operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork
- Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims with manufacturers and vendors
- Ensure all warranty documentation is complete, accurate, and filed properly
- Review repair orders for compliance with manufacturer policies and guidelines
- Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve claim issues
- Monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
- Maintain current knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
- Assist in auditing warranty files and reports to ensure dealership compliance
- Handle daily deposits for Service Team
- Issue Purchase Orders for Dealership Vendors
