About The Position

Budget Blinds of Hilton head, a family owned business for almost 20 years is the #1 Budget Blinds franchise in the Budget Blinds family and was also recently voted the #1 Window Coverings business in Bluffton/Hilton Head. We are seeking a career-minded professional to join our team. The position is for a full time M-F 9am-5pm (40-45 hours per week) Showroom Assistant & Customer Service Professional in our Bluffton/Hilton Head showroom. Your day will include assisting customers in our large, beautiful, 2500sq. ft. State of the Art Showroom with a wide variety of full size displays for customers to explore all features, options, types of blinds, shades, and shutters, as well as a near endless selection of colors, fabrics and controls. We are also very proud of our 4.9 star Google rating! You will schedule in-home consultations for our customers as well as assist customers with their window covering needs. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task various admin duties and be able to provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone. We will provide necessary training and continuing education for you to succeed in this position. Previous experience is a plus. Requirements

  • Microsoft Office 1 year (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Scheduling experience a plus
  • Customer Service 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling In-Home Consultations
  • Answering customer phone calls for order status, service requests and In-Home consultations
  • Consult with customers in the showroom by providing an overview of products
  • Follow up with online lead inquiries
  • Review order confirmations for accuracy
  • Assist Sales Team by converting orders and editing quotes
  • Ensure showroom is neat and organized
