About The Position

Requirements

• 18+ years of overall IT experience, as stated in the job title.
• 9 years of experience as a lead developer on projects performing and implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventive maintenance, and security procedures.
• 9 years of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design and develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET/MVC/Razor and/or C#.
• 8 years of experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building application logic to meet those requirements.
• 7 years of experience writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions, and cursors, and optimizing Oracle SQL queries using Oracle 11G or higher.
• 8 years of experience with SOA application integration, including developing secure .NET web services using WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, and message and queue processing.
• 3 years of experience developing web applications conforming to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and W3C WCAG 2.0.
• 3 years of experience developing and maintaining web applications using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• 4 years of experience developing reports with Crystal Reports version 10 or above and invoking them from .NET applications.
• 3 years of experience designing and implementing applications containing healthcare data covered by HIPAA Protected Health Information requirements.
• Full understanding of HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects involving systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventive maintenance, and security procedures.
• Design and develop complex n-tier web applications using Microsoft Visual Studio, ASP.NET/MVC/Razor, and/or C#.
• Interpret and analyze business requirements and implement the corresponding logic in application code.
• Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions, and cursors using Oracle 11G or higher.
• Develop SOA application integrations, including secure .NET web services using WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, and message and queue processing.
• Develop web applications that conform to Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 requirements.
• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
