About The Position

Windermere Real Estate is seeking an experienced online lead converter to work as a real estate agent specializing in Zillow leads. The agent will manage and convert leads generated through Zillow, work with buyers, nurture client relationships, and guide buyers through the real estate process. Speaking with leads and consistent follow-up are emphasized. The position serves the Spokane and Northern Idaho markets on a Zillow team that sells approximately 200 homes per year. Windermere provides ongoing training, marketing support, and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Must be licensed in Idaho and Washington or interested in obtaining dual Idaho and Washington licenses.
• Proven track record of successfully converting Zillow leads.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in using the Zillow platform and related technologies.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
