About The Position

Windermere Real Estate is seeking an experienced online converter to join its Zillow team serving the Spokane and Northern Idaho markets. The team sells approximately 200 homes per year. The agent will manage and convert leads generated through Zillow, work closely with buyers, nurture client relationships, and guide buyers through the real estate process. Speaking with leads and consistent follow-up are emphasized. The role calls for strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of the local real estate market and Zillow platform. Windermere provides ongoing training, marketing support, and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
Must be licensed in Idaho and Washington or interested in obtaining dual licensure in Idaho and Washington.
Proven track record of successfully converting Zillow leads.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency with the Zillow platform and related technologies.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Reliable transportation.
