About The Position

Windermere Real Estate is seeking experienced online converters to join its Zillow team serving the Spokane and Northern Idaho markets. The team sells approximately 200 homes per year. In this role, you will manage and convert leads generated through Zillow, work closely with buyers, nurture client relationships, and guide buyers through the real estate process. Speaking to leads and consistent follow-up are emphasized. Windermere provides agents with tools and resources, ongoing training, marketing support, and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Must hold or be interested in obtaining dual real estate licenses in Idaho and Washington.
• Proven track record of successfully converting Zillow leads.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency using the Zillow platform and related technologies.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
