About The Position

Windermere Real Estate is seeking experienced online lead converters to join a Zillow team serving the Spokane and Northern Idaho markets. The team sells approximately 200 homes per year. The agent will manage and convert leads generated through Zillow, work closely with buyers, nurture client relationships, and guide buyers through the real estate process. Speaking with leads and consistent follow-up are emphasized. The role calls for strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of the local real estate market and Zillow platform. Windermere provides ongoing training, marketing support, and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Hold Idaho and Washington real estate licenses, or be interested in obtaining dual licensure in Idaho and Washington.
• Have a proven track record of successfully converting Zillow leads.
• Have strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Be able to build and maintain client relationships.
• Be proficient with the Zillow platform and related technologies.
• Be self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have reliable transportation.
