About The Position

Windermere Real Estate is seeking experienced online converters for a real estate agent role focused on Zillow leads in the Spokane and Northern Idaho markets. The Zillow team sells approximately 200 homes per year. The agent will manage and convert leads generated through Zillow, work with buyers, build relationships, and guide clients through the real estate process. Speaking with leads and consistent follow-up are emphasized. Windermere provides training, marketing support, and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Must be licensed in Idaho and Washington, or interested in becoming dual-licensed in Idaho and Washington.
• Proven track record of successfully converting Zillow leads.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency using the Zillow platform and related technologies.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert leads generated from the Zillow platform.
• Work closely with buyers, nurture client relationships, and guide them through the real estate process.
• Follow up with leads and communicate with them effectively.
