About The Position

The Yard Loader Operator role is in the Aggregates line of business at Heidelberg Materials. The position involves supporting mechanical maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment, learning preventive maintenance under supervision, and assisting with machinery installation and setup. The role also maintains records of maintenance and repairs and follows required safety procedures and training. Work takes place primarily around moving mechanical equipment and may involve inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. The starting pay is $23.45 per hour, depending on experience.
