About The Position

The Yard Loader Operator works in the Aggregates line of business and supports mechanical and equipment maintenance activities. The role assists with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems and equipment, learns preventive maintenance tasks under supervision, and supports the installation and setup of new machinery and tools. It also maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs and follows safety procedures and training requirements.

The role operates primarily around moving mechanical equipment and may encounter inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Successful candidates must complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check, and meet company and regulatory safety requirements. Starting pay is $23.45 per hour, depending on experience.
