About The Position

We are currently looking for professional energetic individuals who have a proven background in furniture/office moves and general building support to join our amazing team as a Workplace Services Facilities Coordinator located in our Port Arthur, TX office. This ideal candidate must be detailed oriented with a strong focus in customer service and ability to work with Facility Management team in planning various general personnel moves & relocations including handling general repairs/maintenance, etc. IST Management Services is the fastest growing, national management company in the industry. Requirements

Detailed oriented with a strong focus in customer service
Proven background in furniture/office moves and hospitality support
High school diploma or GED
Professional demeanor
Handling heavy lifting & moving of furniture
Excellent organizational skills - detailed oriented
Availability to maintain a flexible work schedule to include evenings, weekends, etc
Ability to trouble-shoot and prioritize work
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Responsibilities

Handling general personnel moves & relocations, including general repairs/maintenance, etc.
Work with management to plan individual to departmental furniture/desks/office moves
Support management with physical moves to & from storage area
Assist with staff relocation moves/maintain discretion & confidentiality with planning stage when noted
Perform general light maintenance repairs using hand tools as needed
Conduct general inspections of all areas
Adhere to all safety and security procedures
