Workplace Experience Associate
About The Position
This on-site role supports visitors and the day-to-day workplace experience through regular face-to-face interaction. The associate helps with meeting spaces, shared areas, and workplace activities, and coordinates requests with facilities and service teams. It is suited to an entry-level candidate who is personable, dependable, organized, coachable, comfortable starting conversations, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience may be helpful; transferable experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
Requirements
- Comfort working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than exclusively behind the scenes.
- Personable and dependable, with the ability to start conversations.
- Organized and coachable.
