About The Position

The Workplace Experience Associate provides a welcoming and professional front-of-house presence while supporting daily office operations in a busy workplace. This onsite role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer service experience to employees and visitors, managing lobby reception activities, and ensuring that shared spaces, supplies, and amenities are well maintained and organized.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple front-of-house and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, with the ability to represent the workplace positively to employees and guests.
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to assist people as they come and go from the building.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality in an onsite role.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Comfort working in a lobby or reception environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with a wide range of individuals.
  • Openness to candidates with varying years of experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in property management or facility management environments is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in reception, concierge, or workplace experience roles is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a structured schedule under 30 hours per week.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with onsite teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary lobby receptionist, greeting employees and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage building access by buzzing visitors in, registering them, and ensuring they follow appropriate check-in procedures.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to all employees and guests throughout the workday.
  • Support concierge-style services, assisting employees and visitors with questions, directions, and general workplace needs.
  • Monitor and replenish snacks and office amenities to ensure common areas remain stocked and presentable.
  • Encourage and maintain tidiness in shared kitchen or break areas, including reminding people to place dishes in the dishwasher as needed.
  • Order office supplies, receive deliveries, and ensure supplies are properly stored and organized.
  • Handle incoming mail and packages, including receipt, sorting, and distribution as needed.
  • Collaborate with property and facility management teams to support smooth day-to-day building operations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the workplace to all visitors and employees.
  • Use MS Office Suite to complete basic administrative tasks, such as tracking supplies or maintaining simple logs and records.
  • Consistently show up on time and reliably support the flow of people coming into and leaving the building.
