About The Position

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer service experience to both employees and guests at a designated facility. Your role will involve serving as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring their experience is both welcoming and seamless.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, property maintenance, calendar management, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all individuals entering the facility with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols.
  • Answer telephone calls professionally to create a memorable first impression.
  • Create presentations and address various-sized groups effectively.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
  • Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
  • Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
  • Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down rooms, and delivering supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure safety.
  • Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
  • Communicate detailed and complex information within the team and follow specific directions provided by management.
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
