About The Position

The Workplace Ambassador at KKR works with the Conference Services team to exceed client expectations for conference reservations and requests. The role supports vendor services, employee seating and moves, and oversight of conference and shared spaces on floors 10–13. Rapport describes itself as a hospitality division focused on guest and employee services, meeting and event planning, and conference center management, and emphasizes long-term career development and training for its ambassadors.

Responsibilities

Enter, create, and monitor service request tickets for vendor services.
Escort vendors.
Assist the Office Manager (OM) with maintaining vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
Assist the OM with vendor scheduling and coordination.
Monitor hoteling desks and office seating.
Monitor seat occupancy and ensure the correct name tags are in place.
Assist the OM with greeting new hires and providing tours.
Assist visiting employees with seating requests.
Support workstation clean-outs and employee moves.
Monitor supplies, technology functionality, and cleanliness in conference rooms, huddle rooms, and focus rooms on floors 10–13.
Monitor supplies, technology functionality, and cleanliness in social hubs and wellness rooms on floors 10–13.
Check conference room reservations for no-shows.
