About The Position

The Workforce Case Manager Supervisor oversees day-to-day USDOL-ETA Workforce Act Title I case management and program services within WorkSource Coastal’s regional hub-and-spoke service delivery model. The position supervises and coaches staff, reviews eligibility and service decisions, and leads pre-enrollment staffing for proposed training and supportive services. It ensures participant records are accurate and complete and coordinates program and fiscal review before funds are committed, consistent with established approval authority. The role supports timely, compliant, participant-centered services that advance education, training, and employment outcomes. The supervisor assigns and balances caseloads; directs, coaches, and trains Case Managers; reviews files and service decisions for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance; and monitors participant engagement and outcomes. The position coordinates pre-enrollment staffing, verifies eligibility and supporting documentation, assesses training and supportive-service proposals, and records decisions and required follow-up. It works with program and fiscal staff, providers, schools, employers, and workforce partners, and uses WorkSource Georgia Portal reports and file reviews to address trends, monitoring, data validation, and audit findings. The position reports to the Direct Services Manager or designee and exercises considerable independent judgment in day-to-day supervision, policy interpretation, pre-enrollment staffing, and resolution of programmatic and documentation issues. Work is based at an assigned WorkSource Coastal Job Center Hub, with travel to regional locations, trainings, and conferences as required. Office hours are 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; assignments may also involve earlier mornings and occasional evening or weekend work.
