About The Position

The WMS Superuser serves as a knowledge expert on the Synapse warehouse management system and processes across multiple warehouses. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, a willingness to learn and master the system, and ongoing computer-based configuration work. It also requires strong communication skills to train front-end users. The position reports to the Senior WMS Superuser, has no reporting staff, and may involve some travel for go-live training. The schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation shared with the team.

Requirements

• Be currently employed as a clerk, lead, or supervisor with Taylor Logistics, or have at least 5 years of IT work experience outside Taylor Logistics.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Be willing to learn and master the warehouse management system.
• Have strong communication skills for training front-end users.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal tickets and requests from all warehouses.
• Perform quality-control validations for select customers using Excel.
• Perform go-live testing and startup configuration.
• Conduct go-live training, including travel as needed.
• Provide continued training after go-live.
• Complete IT-related projects and initiatives involving EDI and warehouse management.
• Track EDI errors for training purposes.
• Conduct research and development of SOPs for implementation.
