About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time Wireless Sales Pro to work in the wireless services section of a Walmart in Tallahassee, Florida. The role involves selling wireless services, carrier plans, accessories, and related products; welcoming customers; understanding their needs; and helping them choose suitable solutions. The position includes paid training, a base wage plus uncapped commission, and opportunities for career growth and advancement. There is no door-to-door sales, cold calling, or telemarketing.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, and/or event environments.
Engage customers about post-paid and prepaid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
Welcome customers, offer assistance, assess their needs, and suggest products and services that fit those needs.
Provide information about products and services and help customers make selections with confidence.
Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees.
Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and established weekly or monthly sales quotas.
Accurately document and report sales and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
Keep the work station or kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and contribute to related work as needed.
Maintain regular and prompt attendance and customer confidentiality.
