Requirements

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Engage customers about post-paid and prepaid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Welcome customers courteously, offer assistance, assess their needs, and suggest products or solutions.
• Provide information on products and services and help customers make selections with confidence.
• Learn to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections.
• Build professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and established monthly or weekly quotas.
• Accurately document and report sales, and track and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep the work station or kiosk clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and contribute related results.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance and support customer/client satisfaction.
