Responsibilities
- Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, and/or event environments.
- Engage customers about post-paid and pre-paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
- Welcome customers courteously, offer assistance, and suggest solutions.
- Escort customers to displays, assess their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
- Provide product and service information and help customers make selections with confidence.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
- Meet or exceed monthly personal sales goals and established weekly or monthly quotas.
- Accurately document and report sales and submit paperwork completely and accurately.
- Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
- Keep the work station or kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and contribute to team results.
