About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time Wireless Sales Pro to work in the wireless services section of a Walmart store. The role promotes wireless services and products, including post-paid and prepaid carrier plans, accessories, and service plans. Associates engage with customers, identify their needs, offer suitable solutions, and help them make informed selections. The position includes paid training, a base wage with uncapped commission, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months of prior sales, retail, telecommunications, or marketing experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environment.
Engage with consumers about post-paid and prepaid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
Welcome customers courteously, offer assistance, and suggest solutions.
Assess customer needs and recommend products and services that fit those needs.
Provide product and service information and help customers make selections.
Build customer confidence and maintain professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and established weekly or monthly sales quotas.
Accurately document and report sales, and submit paperwork completely and accurately.
Track and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
Keep the workstation or kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and contribute to team efforts.
Maintain regular and prompt attendance and support customer satisfaction.
