Requirements

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, and/or event environments.
• Engage customers about post-paid and prepaid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Welcome customers courteously, offer assistance, assess their needs, and suggest products that fit those needs.
• Advise customers by providing information about products and services, and help them make selections with confidence.
• Learn to uncover customer desires and overcome objections.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and established monthly or weekly sales quotas.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees, and foster professional relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and celebrate success.
• Accurately document and report sales, and track and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Keep the work station or kiosk clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance and contribute to customer/client satisfaction.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
