About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time Wireless Sales Pro to work in the wireless services section of a local Walmart. The role promotes wireless services and involves engaging customers about post-paid and prepaid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans. Paid training is provided, and the position offers base pay plus uncapped commission.

Sales associates welcome customers, assess their needs, explain products and services, and help them make selections. They also work toward sales goals, document and report sales activity, maintain a clean and presentable workstation, and collaborate with customers and fellow employees. The role does not involve door-to-door sales, cold calling, or telemarketing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecommunications, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, and/or event environments.
• Welcome customers courteously and offer assistance.
• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products and services.
• Provide information about products and services and help customers make selections.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and established weekly or monthly quotas.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Track and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep the workstation or kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
• Submit paperwork completely and accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
