Requirements

Responsibilities
- Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, and/or event environments.
- Engage customers about post-paid and prepaid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
- Welcome customers, offer assistance, assess their needs, and suggest suitable products and services.
- Provide information about products and services and help customers make selections.
- Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and established weekly or monthly quotas.
- Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees.
- Build customer confidence and foster professional customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and celebrate success.
- Accurately document and report sales and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
- Keep the workstation or kiosk clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable.
- Submit paperwork completely and accurately.
- Maintain customer confidentiality.
- Attend work regularly and promptly.
