About The Position
As a Retail Sales Consultant at Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, you will build total solutions for customers to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives. You will work with a diverse portfolio of products including wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection, as well as smart entertainment options like DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet. This role focuses on using your passion for technology to deliver an extraordinary customer experience while pursuing challenging and rewarding goals. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have an outgoing personality.

- Must be available most weekends, early evenings, and holidays.

- Attend all off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
- Achieve sale benchmark goals.
- Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards customer needs.
- Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions.
- Represent the company and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Cooperate with fellow Retail Sales Consultants to achieve a team approach.
- Excel in selling all AT&T products and services.
- Work with company leaders to stand out, serve, and succeed within the local community.
