About The Position

Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with wireless, entertainment, and internet products and services. The consultant builds tailored solutions for customers and works to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives. The product portfolio includes wireless service, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, device protection, DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while pursuing sales goals. Consultants represent Cellular World and AT&T professionally, support store operations, collaborate with teammates, and participate in local community activities and off-site promotional events. Training is provided, and the company primarily promotes from within. Compensation includes base pay, commission, and monthly bonus opportunities. Full-time consultants who meet or exceed sales goals earn an average of $34,140 in total compensation during their first year; top sellers earn over $50,000 per year.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Build tailored product and service solutions for customers to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
Sell wireless service, wearables, tablets, connected car products, accessories, device protection, DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet.
Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers’ needs and offering thoughtful solutions.
Represent Cellular World and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
Work collaboratively with other Retail Sales Consultants to achieve team sales and customer-service goals.
Work with company leaders to serve and succeed within the local community.
Attend all off-site promotional events, including those held outside business hours.
