About The Position

Arch Telecom is a national wireless preferred retailer with more than 200 retail stores across the U.S. The Wireless Retail Sales Associate, also described as a Mobile Associate (MA), works as part of a retail team to represent the brand and provide an excellent customer experience. This is a learning role: the associate develops the skills and expertise needed to pursue promotion to Mobile Expert after completing training. Associates help customers continue their shopping journey, explore their needs, and learn about devices, services, accessories, and Internet of Things products through demonstrations and personalized recommendations. They guide customers through purchases with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and patient, honest, and empathetic service. Associates also learn to use digital tools to explain coverage and plans and to inspect, review, and troubleshoot devices and accounts. The role includes completing training on the in-store experience, systems, processes, and reference resources; collaborating with colleagues across business and customer-service channels to resolve issues and identify small-business leads; and building effective peer relationships. The position is available with full-time (40-hour) or part-time (20+-hour) availability.
