About The Position

The William Vale is seeking a hands-on, personable, motivated, high-energy and outgoing Spa Host to provide proactive support, guidance, and exceptional service to guests. The role supports the Winter Spa through guest assistance, payment processing, and daily setup and breakdown while ensuring guests understand facility rules and regulations. Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of guest service or host experience.
• Proactive approach to problem resolution, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues.
• Ability to contribute to short-term and long-term problem solving.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management processes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and situations.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to withstand prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling without restriction.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold temperatures, including snow, wind, and rain.
• Capacity to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests with superior service in accordance with The William Vale hospitality standards.
• Assist guests with requests.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Set up and break down the Winter Spa daily.
• Ensure guests are aware of the facility's rules and regulations.
• Report injuries in compliance with established protocols.
• Promptly answer emails and phone calls to assist guests.
• Help resolve guest issues and communicate with relevant parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
