About The Position

The William Vale is seeking a hands-on, personable, motivated, experienced, high-energy and outgoing Spa Host to provide guests with constant support, guidance and exceptional service. The role supports the Winter Spa and requires professionalism, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to guest service and problem resolution. The position is seasonal and full-time, and reports to the Winter Spa Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of guest service or host experience.
• Proactive approach to problem resolution, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving issues.
• Ability to contribute to short- and long-term problem solving.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions and situations.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to withstand prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold temperatures, including snow, wind and rain.
• Capacity to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests in accordance with The William Vale’s hospitality standards.
• Assist guests with requests.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Set up and break down the Winter Spa daily.
• Ensure guests are aware of facility rules and regulations.
• Report injuries in compliance with established protocols.
• Promptly answer emails and phone calls to assist guests.
• Help resolve guest issues and communicate them to relevant parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
