About The Position

The Winner’s Circle position ensures that Guests’ initial impressions of Dave & Buster’s are positive and welcoming. The role requires strong communication skills to guide Guests through their Midway experience. The position delivers an engaging Guest experience and provides timely service while maintaining merchandise, inventory, displays, and the cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle. Team Members work days, nights, and/or weekends as required in a noisy, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
Must be able to read and write handwritten notes.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to move around the facility and stand for long periods; walking or standing is required for 100% of the shift.
Must frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe.
Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
Must work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming Guest experience in an environment centered on food, drinks, and games.
Keep the immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives when appropriate.
Provide timely and accurate service, manage wait times, and communicate information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
Greet Guests positively, assist with requests, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Provide game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
Bid farewell to departing Guests, check that their experience was satisfactory, and invite them to return.
Notify a Manager when a Guest appears unhappy.
Weigh tickets and scan merchandise accurately to maintain cost controls.
Stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas.
Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory, and conduct merchandise inventory during or after a shift when applicable.
Check and restock necessary supplies, bring areas up to standard, and discuss problem areas with a Manager.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle, including stocking, cleaning, and maintaining plush merchandise and shelves.
Position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
Assist other Team Members as needed.
Maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with other Team Members.
