About The Position

The Winner’s Circle Staff position creates a positive and welcoming first impression for Guests and guides them through their Dave & Buster’s Midway experience. The role delivers timely, accurate service while helping Guests with requests, questions, recommendations, and game assistance. It also involves merchandise presentation and inventory tasks, maintaining a clean and organized Winner’s Circle, and working cooperatively with other Team Members in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
Must be able to read and write handwritten notes.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to move about the facility and stand for long periods, walking or standing for 100% of the shift.
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.

Responsibilities

Deliver a positive Guest experience through friendly, enthusiastic service.
Greet Guests upon arrival, assist with requests and questions, and make recommendations.
Manage wait times and communicate relevant information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
Provide game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management when needed.
Bid farewell to departing Guests, check whether their experience was satisfactory, and invite them to return.
Notify a Manager when a Guest appears unhappy.
Keep the immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives when appropriate.
Accurately weigh tickets and scan merchandise.
Stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas.
Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory, and conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts when applicable.
Check and restock necessary supplies.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle, including keeping plush merchandise and shelves stocked, clean, and maintained.
Set up and position displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
Bring work areas up to standard and discuss problem areas with a Manager.
Assist other Team Members and maintain cooperative working relationships.
