About The Position

The Winner’s Circle Staff position helps ensure Guests’ first impressions of Dave & Buster’s are positive and welcoming. Staff guide Guests through their Midway experience, provide timely service, answer questions, and assist with games and merchandise. The role includes maintaining merchandise displays and inventory, keeping the area clean and organized, and working cooperatively with other Team Members in a noisy, fast-paced environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
Must be able to read and write handwritten notes.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to move about the facility and stand for long periods; walk or stand for 100% of the shift.
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.

Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming Guest experience and provide timely, accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
Greet Guests with a positive attitude, assist with requests, answer questions, make recommendations, and bid farewell while checking that their experience was satisfactory.
Notify Support Technicians or Management when Guests need game assistance, and inform the Manager about Guests who appear unhappy.
Keep the immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives when appropriate.
Accurately weigh tickets and scan merchandise to support cost controls.
Stock, display, and secure merchandise; reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory; and conduct merchandise inventory during or after shifts when applicable.
Check and restock necessary supplies, maintain cleanliness and organization, and ensure plush and shelves are stocked, clean, and maintained.
Position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
Bring work areas up to standard and discuss problem areas with the Manager.
Assist other Team Members as needed and foster a cooperative, harmonious working environment.
