About The Position

The Winner’s Circle Staff position creates a positive, welcoming first impression for Guests and guides them through their Midway experience. The role provides timely service, answers questions, makes recommendations, assists with games and merchandise, and helps ensure a clean, organized, well-stocked area. Staff members contribute to a cooperative and productive working environment and keep their supervisor informed of significant issues. The role involves working in a noisy, fast-paced environment and may require working days, nights, and/or weekends. Team Members must be at least 18 years old. The stated salary range is 12–14; no currency or pay period is specified.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
Able to read and write handwritten notes.
Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Able to move about the facility and stand for long periods.
Able to walk or stand for 100% of the shift.
Able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.
Friendly and able to smile frequently.

Responsibilities

Deliver a positive Guest experience through food, drinks, games, and a welcoming environment.
Keep the immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives when appropriate.
Provide timely and accurate service, manage wait times, and communicate information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
Greet Guests warmly, assist with requests, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Notify Support Technicians or Management when Guests need game assistance.
Say farewell to departing Guests, check their satisfaction, and invite them to return.
Notify a Manager when a Guest appears unhappy.
Accurately weigh tickets and scan merchandise to maintain cost controls.
Stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas.
Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory, and conduct merchandise inventory during or after a shift when applicable.
Check and restock supplies, bring areas up to standard, and discuss problem areas with a Manager.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle, including cleaning and stocking plush and shelves.
Position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
Assist other Team Members as needed.
Maintain cooperative working relationships with other company Team Members.
