About The Position

The Winner’s Circle Staff position creates a positive, welcoming first impression for Guests and guides them through their Midway experience. The role delivers timely, accurate service, assists Guests with questions and requests, and supports the presentation, cleanliness, stocking, and inventory of merchandise areas. Team Members work collaboratively to maintain a cooperative and productive environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
Must be able to read and write handwritten notes.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to move about the facility and stand for long periods, and walk or stand for 100% of the shift.
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.
Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
Must be available to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Deliver a Guest experience combining food, drinks, and games in an environment designed for fun.
Keep the immediate supervisor informed of significant problems or unusual matters, take corrective action when appropriate, and suggest alternatives when needed.
Provide timely and accurate service, manage wait times, and communicate information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
Greet Guests positively and enthusiastically, including smiling and greeting them upon arrival.
Assist Guests with requests, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Promptly notify Support Technicians or Management when Guests need game assistance.
Bid farewell to departing Guests, confirm their experience was satisfactory, and invite them to return.
Notify a Manager when a Guest appears unhappy.
Control costs by accurately weighing tickets and scanning merchandise.
Stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas.
Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory.
Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts, when applicable.
Check and restock necessary supplies, bring areas up to standard, and discuss problem areas with a Manager.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle, including keeping plush merchandise and shelves stocked, clean, and maintained.
Position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
Assist other Team Members as needed.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with other company Team Members to foster a cooperative, harmonious, productive, and efficient working environment.
