About The Position

The Winner’s Circle position creates a positive and welcoming first impression for Guests and guides them through their Midway experience. The role delivers timely, accurate service and helps Guests with requests, questions, recommendations, and game assistance. It also supports merchandise presentation, inventory, cleanliness, and an effective, cooperative working environment. Dave & Buster’s describes its workplace as fast-paced, noisy, and varied, with schedules that may accommodate school or other jobs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to read and write handwritten notes.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Ability to move around the facility and stand or walk for the entire shift.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.
Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Ability to smile frequently and maintain a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming Guest experience and greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
Manage wait times and communicate information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
Assist Guests with requests and questions, make recommendations, and notify Support Technicians or Management when game assistance is needed.
Bid farewell to Guests, check that their experience was satisfactory, invite them to return, and notify a Manager about Guests who appear unhappy.
Keep the immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives when appropriate.
Accurately weigh tickets and scan merchandise as part of cost controls.
Stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas; reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory; and conduct inventory during and after shifts when applicable.
Check and restock supplies, maintain cleanliness and organization, and ensure plush merchandise and shelves are stocked and properly maintained.
Position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
Assist other Team Members and maintain cooperative working relationships across the team.
