About The Position

The Winner’s Circle position ensures that Guests’ initial impressions of Dave & Buster’s are positive and welcoming. The role requires a strong communicator who guides Guests through their Midway experience. Staff provide timely, accurate service and help create a fun environment while supporting merchandise presentation, inventory, and the cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
Must be able to read and write handwritten notes.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to move about the facility and stand for long periods, including walking or standing for 100% of the shift.
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.

Responsibilities

Deliver a positive Guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games.
Keep the immediate supervisor informed of significant problems or unusual matters, take corrective action when appropriate, and suggest alternatives as needed.
Provide timely and accurate service, manage wait times, and communicate information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
Greet Guests warmly, assist with requests, answer questions, and recommend items.
Provide game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
Bid farewell to Guests, check that their experience was satisfactory, invite them to return, and notify a Manager if a Guest appears unhappy.
Accurately weigh tickets and scan merchandise to maintain proper cost controls.
Stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas.
Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory, and conduct merchandise inventory during and after a shift when applicable.
Check and restock necessary supplies, bring areas up to standard, and discuss problem areas with a Manager.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle, including stocking, cleaning, and maintaining plush items and shelves.
Position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
Assist other Team Members as needed and foster a cooperative, harmonious working climate.
