About The Position

The Winner’s Circle position ensures Guests’ initial impressions of Dave & Buster’s are positive and welcoming. The role requires strong communication skills to guide Guests through their Midway experience and deliver an enjoyable combination of food, drinks, and games. Team Members provide timely service, assist Guests with requests and questions, offer recommendations, support game assistance, and help maintain merchandise displays, inventory, cleanliness, and supplies. They also communicate concerns to management and work cooperatively with other Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Must be able to read and write handwritten notes.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to move about the facility and stand for long periods; walking or standing for 100% of the shift is required.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming Guest experience and guide Guests through their Midway experience.
• Keep the immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives when appropriate.
• Provide timely and accurate service, manage wait times, and communicate information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Greet Guests positively and enthusiastically, including upon entry.
• Assist Guests with requests and questions and make recommendations.
• Promptly notify Support Technicians or Management when Guests need game assistance.
• Bid farewell to departing Guests, check that their experience was satisfactory, and invite them to return.
• Notify a Manager when a Guest appears unhappy.
• Accurately weigh tickets and scan merchandise to maintain cost controls.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas.
• Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory, and conduct merchandise inventory during or after a shift when applicable.
• Check and restock necessary supplies, bring areas up to standard, and discuss problem areas with a Manager.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle, including keeping plush and shelves stocked, clean, and maintained.
• Position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
• Assist other Team Members as needed and foster a cooperative working relationship.
