About The Position
We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Window & Door Installation Apprentices. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade, develop valuable hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in the home improvement industry. You will learn professional window and door installation, proper measuring and job-site preparation, removal and replacement techniques, interior and exterior finishing, weatherproofing and insulation, use of hand and power tools, customer service and job-site professionalism, and safety procedures and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Reliable and hardworking
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with their hands
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable working in homes and on job sites
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No experience necessary, training provided
Nice To Haves
- Prior construction experience is a plus
