About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 years of window installation and remodeling or carpentry experience.
• Strong focus on customer service and communication.
• Valid driver's license.
• Own truck and tools.
• Business license; contractor's license is preferred but not required.
• Insurance, including workers' compensation and liability coverage.
• Must provide your own crew.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work sites are set up.
• Perform basic to routine window or door installations and removals.
• Tear down and clean the entire job site according to Renewal by Andersen's guidelines.
• Work with integrity and provide world-class customer service to Renewal by Andersen's customers.
