About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is seeking Installation Subcontractor Crews to install and replace windows and doors while providing customers with a high-quality home improvement experience. The company provides on-the-job training, with subcontractors able to begin earning their desired income within two weeks of starting. Windows are measured and prepared for installation, and installation materials are provided and staged at the warehouse. The role offers flexible scheduling, year-round work, certified master installer training, and compensation and bonus opportunities. Crews are responsible for setting up work sites, completing basic to routine window or door installations and removals, and tearing down and cleaning the entire job site according to company guidelines. Installers are expected to work with integrity and provide excellent customer service. Applicants must bring their own crew, truck, and tools, and must have the required business licensing and insurance.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling/carpentry experience.
Strong focus on customer service and communication.
Valid driver's license.
Own truck and tools.
Business license; contractor's license preferred but not required.
Insurance including workers' compensation and liability.
Must provide your own crew.
