About The Position

Dominion Financial Services (DFS), a mortgage originator specializing in short-term bridge loans for fix-and-flip investors and long-term rental loans for landlords, is seeking a driven, detail-oriented account executive to expand its broker business with DSCR and Bridge products. The role focuses on growing broker relationships and originating non-QM loans in targeted markets. The company encourages continuous improvement and the use of AI tools in daily work.

Requirements

At least 3–4 years of experience expanding broker business in non-QM products and 5 or more years in the mortgage industry.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage a pipeline and consistently deliver results.
Expertise in non-QM products, mortgage lending regulations, and industry best practices.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work remotely and manage one's schedule and priorities while delivering results.
Willingness to adopt AI-assisted work practices as part of the standard workflow.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business or finance; relevant experience is also valued.
Experience with AI tools.

Responsibilities

Expand broker business with non-QM products in targeted markets.
Close at least $5 million in monthly volume by structuring creative deals in collaboration with brokers.
Attract new brokers and grow existing relationships to support excellent client experiences.
