About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, entry-level representative role. The position is suited to recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications, and to people interested in service-focused, client-centered work. The company provides training, mentorship, inbound client interest, and licensing guidance. Representatives consult with clients virtually and help individuals and families consider supplemental benefit options, while supporting enrollment and maintaining client relationships. This is an independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense, and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection and provide a computer or laptop with a webcam.
- Provide a professional remote workspace.
- Be comfortable using virtual tools and participating in video meetings.
- Be capable of obtaining the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Have strong communication and people skills.
- Be self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and organized.
- Be passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
