Pure Beverage GmbH•Kiel, WI
•€15 - €16•Hybrid

About The Position

Purēcha, die Latte-Konzentrat-Marke hinter der Pure Beverage GmbH, is expanding from cafés into direct-to-consumer sales and is building its creator channel. The Werkstudent:in Influencer- & UGC-Marketing will take ownership of establishing that channel and managing creator collaborations from research and outreach through content delivery and performance evaluation. The role is based in Kiel and is 15–20 hours per week, with hybrid work: 1–2 days in the Kiel office and the remainder remote. Hours can be adjusted around the student’s timetable, with the option to increase hours during lecture-free periods. The position offers direct collaboration with management and the marketing team, an individual area of responsibility and budget, and exposure to product development, manufacturing, ecommerce, and advertising. If successful, the role may grow, and a post-study hire is explicitly desired.

Requirements

  • Must be an enrolled student; fields such as business administration, marketing, communication, or media are examples, and the specific discipline is not essential.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including the ability to assess whether a creator has an authentic community or purchased reach.
  • Good writing skills, especially for short, personal messages that encourage responses.
  • Organized and able to keep track of many simultaneous collaborations.
  • Proactive and willing to initiate work without waiting for instructions.
  • Very good German and good English.

Nice To Haves

  • Initial experience with creator collaborations, product seeding, or community management, including through an internship, personal channel, club, or university group.
  • An actively maintained personal Instagram or TikTok account.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Enthusiasm for matcha, chai, or home-café content, and identification with the target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Research micro-creators with 3,000–50,000 followers in matcha, home café, food, and lifestyle on Instagram and TikTok, and build a pipeline of 100+ suitable profiles.
  • Personally contact creators, negotiate terms within the specified budget, and close 15–20 collaborations per month.
  • Coordinate product seeding, packages, briefs, and deadlines; follow up with creators and ensure clips arrive on time and meet requirements.
  • Provide feedback on creator clips based on the brief, secure usage rights, and hand completed material to the ads team.
  • Track creator deliveries, costs, and ad performance in a spreadsheet or CRM, and use the results to identify which creator types to book more often.
  • Propose and test ideas for formats, challenges, and collaborations.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours arranged around the student’s timetable, with the option to increase hours during lecture-free periods.
  • Hybrid work: 1–2 days per week in the Kiel office, with the rest remote.
  • An independent area of responsibility and budget to build the creator channel.
  • Direct collaboration with company management and the marketing team, with short communication paths and fast decisions.
  • Insight into the beverage brand’s work from recipe development through manufacturing, ecommerce, and advertising.
  • Matcha, chai, and Ube to drink, plus a trio to give as a gift.
  • Potential for the role to grow and an explicitly desired opportunity for employment after studies.
