About The Position

NHC (Natural Health Co) is seeking a part-time Wellness Store Sales Associate to help customers find wellness products and support their health and nutrition goals. The role combines customer service, product recommendations, sales, register operation, and store upkeep. Associates help maintain a welcoming, well-stocked store, contribute to team sales goals, and open and close the store. The position may also involve lunch-and-learns and occasional community events promoting NHC.

The store is open seven days a week. Part-time hours range from 8:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., with rotating weekend shifts required. Associates may be scheduled up to 15 minutes before or after store hours for opening or closing duties. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with additional pay for weekend shifts and potential monthly bonuses.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a passion for wellness and nutrition.
• Have excellent customer service and retail skills.
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Be available for rotating weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Chat with customers and help them find appropriate wellness products.
• Operate the cash register and use tablets and other store technology.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Lift, move, kneel, and squat as required for store work.
• Share product knowledge and make product suggestions, including upselling.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Open and close the store.
• Participate in lunch-and-learns.
• Attend occasional community events to promote NHC.
