About The Position
Restore Hyper Wellness in Mountain Brook is seeking friendly, energetic, sales-minded individuals to join their team. The role involves helping clients discover wellness services tailored to their health and fitness goals, building client relationships, and earning commissions. Both full-time career opportunities and flexible part-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Outgoing, positive, dependable, and enjoy meeting new people.
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, recovery, or wellness.
- Enjoy sales and be motivated by achieving goals and earning commissions.
- Communicate confidently and make people feel comfortable.
- Eager to learn, open to coaching, and work well with a team.
- Available for some afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
- The right attitude, strong people skills, and a desire to succeed.

- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, understand their wellness goals, and provide an exceptional experience.
- Explain Restore's services and recommend suitable memberships and packages to clients.
- Recommend services, drive sales, and work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up with clients, schedule appointments, encourage repeat visits, and help members maximize their benefits.
- Learn about and share knowledge of Restore's innovative wellness services with clients.
- Assist with scheduling, transactions, and maintaining a welcoming, professional studio environment.
