About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness in Mountain Brook is seeking friendly, energetic, sales-minded individuals to join their team as Wellness Sales Associates. This role involves helping clients discover wellness services tailored to their health and fitness goals, building client relationships, and contributing to studio growth through sales commissions. The position offers flexibility for both full-time career opportunities and part-time roles.

Educate first-time clients about Restore's services and recommend suitable memberships and packages.
Achieve individual and team sales targets by confidently recommending services and closing sales.
Build and maintain client relationships through follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and encouraging repeat visits.
Develop expertise in Restore's wellness services and share this knowledge with clients.
Assist with scheduling, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming studio environment.
